There’s many different options depending on time of year and goals/expectations. Spend your day inshore casting light tackle for Redfish, Mangrove Snapper and more in the River and Creeks. Or work the inlet for tasty Sheepshead and Bull Redfish. Keep in mind the hotter the water Inshore, the slower the fishing.
During the warmer months the Nearshore (10 miles give or take a couple) is the trip for you if you’re looking for screaming drag and big fish. Trolling or bottom fishing depending on the time of year. May-September will likely be trolling for King Mackerel, Cobia, Sailfish and more. Once the water cools down, bottom fishing becomes the go to for Seabass, Porgy species and Red snapper.
