We had such a great time with Captain Joe! The atmosphere was fun and Captain Joe was knowledgeable. The boat was clean and well taken care of. We successfully caught a bunch of fish during our 4 hour adventure - 1 remora (not pictured) 6 Kingfish and another fish. I was told what the last one was but now I don’t recall. We even got one by the tail haha The time went by so quickly. Joe filleted the fish for us after we got back to shore and we immediately came back to the rental house to cook up some Kingfish for lunch. It was delicious. Thanks for a great memorable day on the water Captain Joe!

My son (14) and I were blown away with Joe and his knowledge of fishing.  We not only had a great time, but were able to complete the “Grand Slam” of in-shore fishing, catching 5 different species of fish.  We caught over 10 fish all together.  Captain Joe was patient with us as we aren’t super experienced fisherman and at same time he was just “one of the guys” in how easy it was to talk to him.  I would highly recommend Captain Joe to novice fisherman all the way up to someone who is very experienced.  We will definitely be back.  Thanks!

Captain Joe was eager to get us on the fish from the get go - till the end of the day. We would have been happy with a quarter of the action we saw. Captain Joe was knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic to catch fish. 9 Kingfish 1 Cobia 1 Bonita 1 Red Grouper 1 10 ft Nurse shark (released) Many other fish we did not keep Will book again. Excellent captain: very safety conscious, but focused on fun and positive interaction with his guests. We went offshore in fairly choppy seas. Caught king and Spanish mackerel, big red snapper (to be released) and shark (also released). Captain handled the boat flawlessly. Two teenage boys greatly enjoyed everything about the day. I’ve done a great deal of charter fishing; Captain Joe is up there with the best.

We’ve done a lot of fishing trips over many years, but yesterday offshore was certainly one of the best. When Captain Joe asked what we were looking for, we said big fish that pull back harder than we could. He warned us to be careful what we asked for, and suggested we’d be in for sore arms. And boy was he was right! The bites were non-stop and the fish were big, tough and beautiful. And Captain Joe is a true pro with top-shelf equipment, and, importantly, is a real pleasure to be around. What a GREAT time we had, and we certainly recommend him. We’ll be back next year!

Fished with Capt. Joe and my 2 sons today. Weather and fishing were excellent. Capt. Joe had us on fish all day! We caught 6 different types and took home plenty to eat! He was very energetic and was constantly making sure we were fishing. He even changed out dull hooks when needed! Even more important is that he was a true pleasure to spend a day with. Capt Joe is a super guy and enjoyable to talk with. We lucked into this charter since we did not know him but we will be back. My sons said it was the best charter we have ever taken!!

What a great experience! I had booked a nearshore trip (literally from an airport), but Captain Joe asked about my goals - to see a diversity of habitats - so he made the great suggestion of fishing inshore. Very cool to get way deep into the ecosystems and when we found the fish, we pretty much got a fish per cast - amazing action! We also did some 'finesse' fishing in very shallow systems and came up some impressive redfish. It was an awesome day, I highly recommend, he's a great skip!

I booked a trip for my 13 yr old, as a Christmas gift, with Capt. Joe. He had an excellent time, caught a ton of fish and really enjoyed it. Joe was super friendly, very knowledgeable and did a great job teaching and explaining things. We will definitely be booking with him again when we return.
